What You’ll Be Responsible For
Building and managing your own pipeline
Conducting client consultations and closing new business
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell, especially in life and commercial insurance
Following up consistently and maintaining strong client relationships
Contributing ideas to improve processes, client experience, and growth
Continuously developing your sales skills and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in sales, insurance experience is an asset but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-discipline, consistency, and a high level of personal accountability
A growth mindset and willingness to learn
Willingness to obtain or has OTL and LLQP licenses
